Thank GOD it's Friday

And I don't really mean that! This is just one bad day so far. Darth Quinnious is not amused. I woke up this morning sensing a disturbance in the Force. Blockbuster charged me 41 dollars for some movies that I forgot to return. So much for no late fees. If I return them I get my money back, minus the "restocking" fee. Bullshit. Go get 'em, Netflix.....

Arrive at work today to find out that the money I was expecting from my employer; you know - a paycheck, had not been deposited into my checking account. No biggie, but it seems that everyone here who had a direct deposit has not gotten paid, with the exception of the people who have accounts with the bank that does our payroll. Hmmmm. That really blows. I am going to tempt Fate. What else can go wrong?

So long, until next year.

Hate It When I'm There, Hate It When It's Over!

Ok. It's all over and I finally had time to rest and get my thoughts together. This CON was huge and outrageous. Lots of people, celebs and goodies. I worked at the Press desk for most of the show but was able to get out on the floor for some me time. I got to chill with Kevin Smith for a while before his rather R rated panel in the Big Hall (H). Funny, funny, funny.

Fanboys and Fangirls were everywhere. Lots and Lots of Jedi. For those of you who did not make it this year, you missed out. It was a really great show and I cannot wait until 2006; July 20-25, 2006 to be exact. I have pictures up on my flickr page, the link is to the right. Check them out and let me know what you think.

Going to Comic-Con

Well, today is the unofficial start of Comic-con International, 4 days of fun, chaos, celebs, exclusives and unwashed bodies. I love this shit, that's why I go every year. I will be working the Press Desk in Hall D, so if anyone wants to drop by and say HEY, feel free to do so.
