It's Tuesday

Not that this would mean anything to anyone, really. It's gloomy outside, but I am beaming on the inside. I have an interview today and I think I actually want to work for this company. Not the highest paying gig and I probably could do better if I waited, but this being unemployed is for the birds. Three weeks is long enough. I have been working for the past eleven plus years. I am not used to this much down time. So, wish me luck and hopefully I will be working by next Monday.

Anyone see the Boondocks on Adult Swim on Sunday? I enjoyed the show and once I got the comic strip out of my head and saw this as a natural evolution of the print version of the characters I love so much it became even more enjoyable. Kudos to Aaron for this great new project.

Last night I went to see a sneak preview of Zathura at the Museum of Photographic Arts. I can tell you that it was much better than Jumanji, but only slightly. The film had a good tempo and not too many characters to keep track of and quite a few good laughs. I recommend it to anyone with children to at least see this movie.

Have to get a few things done before I go see THE MAN about a job.
